Request an Exchange or Refund
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for any reason.
Whether you’d like a different size, color, or model — or if the item has a defect — we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via phone, Messenger, or email.
Our team will arrange a courier to collect the package from the original delivery address.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange or refund according to the conditions above.
You may exchange your item for any non-sale product available on our website.
If the new item is more expensive:
You will pay the difference upon delivery (cash only), including any applicable delivery fees.
If the new item is less expensive:
The price difference will be refunded to your bank account. You will be asked to provide your bank details.
